WHAT ARE DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS?

Delivery and set up within 50 miles of Marietta, Ga is $150; additional charge of $0.60 per mile after 50 miles. We can also provide shipping quotes or delivery charges for areas outside of the area by request.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT USUALLY TAKE TO COMPLETE AND DELIVER? 

We schedule projects to be delivered 6-8 weeks from the time that we receive payment. We can complete rush orders for an additional charge if the project necessitates it.

WHAT DO I NEED TO NEED TO KNOW WHEN PURCHASING A HANDCRAFTED TABLE? 

Handcrafted tables are one of a kind pieces. Each piece is made out of hand selected wood. Each pieces will have its own distinct features that highlight the natural beauty of the wood and its wood grain. Therefore, your piece will be truly unique and no two pieces will ever be exactly alike

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PURCHASING HANDCRAFTED FURNITURE? 

Handcrafted tables are solid wood pieces. Wood is organic and will expand and contract with changes in the seasons and with humidity. You may see this in the form of seams opening and wood movement of your piece. The unique properties of solid wood pieces and to the character and beauty of the pieces and add to its character.

Our high quality construction take into account the organic properties of the wood and ensure that your piece will not have structural issues as the wood moves. If we see that there are any issues that are due to our craftsmanship, we will honor our products and work out a plan to repair your piece.

HOW SHOULD A CARE FOR MY HANDCRAFTED FURNITURE? 

We truly believe that the woods we choose and the finishes we select are the highest quality available. When you choose high quality woods and finishes from the beginning caring for your table is easy.

  • A warm damp cloth is all you need to clean your table. There is no need to apply polishes or other harsh products to your table. If you see fit an all natural oil such as our proprietary wood conditioner or a natural oil cleaner can be applied quarterly.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGE THE FINISH ON MY TABLE? 

We believe that the finishes we apply to your table will be the highest quality products around. We work hard to ensure that your table will last for generations to come.

If damage to the finish is outside of our control such as scratches or finish discoloration due to heat or moisture there is good news. Since you have purchased a solid wood table, we can refinish your table and will be glad to provide you a quote to get this service underway.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON EXCHANGES AND RETURNS? 

Before your order is placed we diligently work with you to ensure that we have a common understanding of what you want. Providing quality customer service is an important aspect of our process. Once materials and finishes have been selected and agreed upon, we ask for a 2/3 deposit on all custom orders. At the time that your order is placed, we begin the build process by sourcing the materials for your custom order. This process allows for us to complete your project in a timely manner. Due to this process, refunds either full or in part will be considered on a case by case basis.

If for some reason you find that your piece does not meet your expectations, you need to express this upon the delivery of your piece. If you refuse delivery, we can make arrangements to return your piece less the deposit or order an exchange. Exchanging your piece means that modifications can be made to the original piece with an additional delivery cost.
